Based on this, a one-stop omni-channel business middle office has been built as the core hub, enabling unified access to diverse businesses including online B2C malls, O2O malls, offline convenience stores, car washing & beauty services, and lifestyle stores. It fully supports various payment terminals such as APPs, mini-programs, and intelligent POS systems.
With high openness, the system leverages BI and big data analytics capabilities to output real-time and comprehensive management data reporting systems and a president’s cockpit, providing efficient, accurate, and rapid data support and decision-making basis for enterprise operation and management. It can not only quickly respond to future business expansion needs such as store replication and scaling but also significantly improve operational efficiency and service quality.
